• Buyers can return or exchange the item if faulty on receipt or the wrong item has been sent in error.

• Buyers must notify Repatch Crafts Ltd of an issue within 30 days of delivery.

• Buyers are responsible for any return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or has been sent in error.

• Buyers are responsible for any loss in value, as agreed upon with Repatch Crafts Ltd, if an item isn’t returned in its original condition.
